ITANAGAR, Mar 13: Osin Mosu, the reigning Miss Arunachal, who was selected as the FBB Colours Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh 2018 recently, sought support from the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
Osin has succeeded Lichaa Thosum as the new Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh at an event for FBB Colours Femina Miss India East Zone audition organised by Miss India Organisation at Guwahati, Assam on March 11 last.
She will now represent the state in Femina Miss India 2018 to be held later in Mumbai this year. Last year at Miss India contest, Licha Thosum made it to the top 16.
Sharing her experiences through the journey of Miss Arunachal to Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh, Osin, in a press conference held at the press club, extended her gratitude to the organizing committee of Miss Arunachal, family, friends and supporters for their utmost love and support all the way.
“I will be the face of the state in Mumbai as I will be going as Miss Arunachal and not Osin Mosu,” said an optimistic Osin while seeking support from the people of the state.
“Without your love and support I cannot complete my journey,” she added.
Former Femina Miss India Arunachal Pradesh, Lichaa Thosum, also appealed to the people of state to extend their love and support to Osin Mosu like they did for her.
“It’s a proud movement for all of us that our girl has reached to this level and we must support her for she is the face of our state now at national level”, Thosum said, and requested the people to use social media to extend their support.
Member organizing committee of Miss Arunachal 2018, Tai Roket also expressed pride and congratulated Osin for securing a place in the top 30 of Fbb Colours Miss India 2018.
“We are very happy and proud of her as she will now represent the entire state on the national stage,” he said while seeking support and prayers from each and everyone so that she brings the crown to the state and creates history.
