Coordination meeting on state board examinations held

YUPIA, Mar 15: A coordination meeting of the district level Education department was held under Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye, here on 14 March to discuss on the successful conduct of the Arunachal Pradesh Board Examinations of class V and VIII in the district.
The DC strictly instructed all administrative officers of the block of Papum Pare to be proactive and coordinate with the Education department whenever its service is required.
He also directed all ADCs and SDOs to conduct similar coordination meetings in their respective areas, with directions to appoint only women invigilators and centre superintendents for exam centres at girls’ only residential schools.
Papum Pare SP Tumme Amo assured the Education department of providing full security during the examinations and sufficient police personnel.
Further, the house resolve to conduct the AP Board Examination of class V and VIII as per the guidelines given by the government, maintaining strict discipline and frisking before entering the examination halls to avoid the unfair means and achieve quality education.
Earlier, DDSE S T Zara briefed the house about the objective of the meeting. The Yupia BEO (Academic) gave a PowerPoint presentation on modalities and guidelines of the AP Board Examination of Class V and VIII.
All ADCs, SDOs, COs, BEO, BRC and CRCC of Papum Pare district attended the meeting. (DIPRO)
