Four selected from LDV to join Indian Army

DC hails 19 JAK Rif for providing pre recruitment training

ROING, Mar 21: Four candidates from Lower Dibang Valley district (LDV) have been selected to join the Indian Army in the recently held army recruitment drive at Likabali.
The selected candidates are Mingkim Ngukir of Kangkong, Olik Taba of Agamgite, Jipu Linggi of Delo and Anasang Perme of Bolik villages.
They were among the 35 candidates from Dibang Valley and Lower Dibang Valley districts provided with necessary pre-recruitment training by the 19 JAK Rif of Simari Army Camp.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom hailed the army for helping the youth of the area by organizing such pre-recruiting training. She expressed hope that more such trainings would be conducted in the future too.
The district administration presented certificates of appreciation to the personnel of the 19 JAK Rif of the Simari army camp.
She advised the selected candidates to work sincerely and make their parents and the state proud by becoming brave soldiers. She also appealed to the parents to encourage and motivate their wards to join the armed forces.
The 19 JAK Rif of Simari Army Camp will conduct another pre-recruitment training for the youth of the Lower Dibang Valley and Dibang Valley from 26 March onwards, to enhance the probability of selection in the forthcoming recruitment rally to be held at Jairampur from 10 May.
The training team will assist the candidates in online registration, physical training, checking, vetting and enabling correct documentation, medical check-up and preparation for written examination. (DIPRO)
