ITANAGAR, Mar 29: The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has imposed a penalty of Rs 25,000 on the Lower Subansiri deputy director of agriculture for furnishing incomplete information to appellant Joram Elyu under the RTI Act.
The Commission has directed the deputy director, who is also the public information officer (PIO), to bring all the relevant information/documents sought by the appellant in the next hearing, which has been fixed on 20 April, at the Commission.
