ITANAGAR, Apr 17: Responding to numerous complaints that the jingles broadcast from sanitation vehicles in the early morning hours are tuned to maximum audibility and cause nuisance, Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner In-charge Talom Dupak has directed the NGOs/SHGs concerned of the Itanagar Municipal Council to play the jingles in a tolerable volume to avoid inconvenience.
