ITANAGAR, Apr 25: A team of Women Helpline (WHL) conducted a door-to-door awareness campaign at various colonies in Naharlagun on 25 April.
The main motto was to make the public, particularly the women, aware about 181 WHL, which is a universal number providing immediate and emergency 24X7 response to women affected by violence and information about women related government schemes.
Under 181 Women Helpline any victim can call and register their complaint.
