Don’t misuse my name

Dear Editor,
I would like to inform all the readers about the wrong information that is circulating around in social media (WhatsApp and Facebook). There was a post where the Arunachal Start Up Community is organizing a fund collection in the street to support my project and travel to South Africa. Also it was written that the Government of Arunachal Pradesh is not taking initiative. And my family and relatives are not giving any help. So they are going to collect fund in the streets at Naharlagun, Itanagar, Doimukh and Nirjuli.
The post was made without my concern and without my knowledge. I have never asked for fund collection.
After media interview, where I stated the need for emergency fund, the Department of Science and Technology and other government representatives have taken action and provided funds immediately.
I am very thankful to Department of Science and Technology Itanagar and MLA Bamang Felix, friends, family and other personals (individuals) who have generously donated funds to support my project.
The post regarding collecting money in the street to support me with my travel and stay have hurt the sentiment of my relatives and close ones and also the concern departments.
I request all the readers to kindly stop circulating this wrong message in their WhatsApp and Facebook. Lastly I would like to request the other organizations and community to consult me before any other events and activity that is being conducted in my name.
And to clear the information regarding my participation in 3rd BRICS Young Scientist Conclave, at Durban, South Africa on 25-29 June I would like to share that government of India is taking care of all internal travels, hospitality and stay. The external travel, hospitality and staying are covered by DST, South Africa.
Yours,
Anang Tadar
