MIAO, Jun 22: The Sub-Treasury Office (STO) was inaugurated by Minister Geology and Mines Kamlung Mosang here on Friday.
The STO was notified by the state government way back in 2011.
“With the inauguration of the STO a long standing demand of the people of the area has been fulfilled,” Mosang said.
He said people will be greatly relieved after the inauguration of the office as people had to face various hardships in absence of the STO.
ADC Miao Tage Rumi, former PRI members and public leaders were present on the occasion.
