YANGTE, Jun 22: Volunteers 29th Yangte BJP booth level committee (BLC) along with residents of Yangte village temporarily connected plastic water supply pipes from Nyodko stream to Yangte village as part of the BLC’s initiative here in Kra Daadi district on Wednesday.
In a release on Friday, 29th Yangte BLC BJP president Godak Tasainformed that theNyodko stream is located 2 km away from the village which was dry since 10 years. By connecting the pipelines, the villagers will no longer have to cover long distances to get water.
