BHALUKPONG, Jul 11: Parliamentary Secretary for PHED, Economics & Statistics Kumsi Sidisow, while attending a function of Divyangjans, appealed to them to play their part in the state’s development.
Sidisow was attending the first ‘Umang Festival’ organized by All Arunachal Pradesh Divyangjan Unemployed Youth Association, here at the indigenous ground on Wednesday.
He urged them to avail benefits of various skill development programmes initiated by the state and central governments for self employment.
Bhalukpong EAC Tamo Riba, SDPO SN Paicheliupia and others also encouraged the participants.
Various literary, cultural, games and sports competitions were organized as part of the celebration.
