NAHARLAGUN, Sep 5: The Inspection Committee cum District Advisory Board (ICDAB) of Papum Pare, headed by Deputy Commissioner and chairman of ICDAB, Joram Beda visited the children’s home and specialized adoption agency run by the Oju Welfare Association (OWA), here on Wednesday.
The ICDAB team interacted with the children rescued from Pasighat recently and commended the efforts of OWA chairperson Ratan Anya and all other staff of the NGO.
They paid homage to founder chairperson of OWA Padmashri Awardee Binny Yanga at her ‘samadhi.’
Other team members were Arunachal Pradesh Women’s Welfare Society president Bengia Dipti, Deputy Director ICDS Dani Yami, DMO Dr Subu Tasso Kampu, DSP Gari Tai, PO, ICDS Techi Ayo, and ADEO Tadar Apa.
