ITANAGAR, Sep 14: ‘Sarkar aapke dwar’ programmes were organized at Medo village in Lohit district and Deomali in Tirap district on Friday.
In Medo, 85 Aadhaar enrollments were done, apart from issuing ILPs (54), ST certificates (18), PRC (15), birth certificates (25), income certificates (7), and ration cards (28). Bank accounts (142 ) were also opened under PMJDY, PMSBY, APY and PMJJBY.
A medical camp was also organized, which was attended by around 400 people.
Inaugurated by MLA Chow Tewa Mein, the programme was attended by Deputy Commissioner Karma Leki, the SP and all the administrative officers, HoDs, officials, public leaders, GBs, students and general public of Wakro circle.
In Deomali, distribution of free LPG connections under PMUY (to 28 beneficiaries), Aadhaar enrollment and correction, issue of birth and death certificates, LPC forms, soil health cards, selling of fingerlings at 50 percent subsidy, issue of new job cards and job card forms under MGNREGA, health camps, distribution of seedlings, awareness programmes by various departments were some of the services provided to the public.
All government departments including agriculture, horticulture, education, animal husbandry & veterinary, fisheries, industries, library, etc, participated in the programme. (DIPROs)
