PANGIN, Sep 30: Section 144 of the CrPC has been imposed here in Siang district with effect from 30 September in view of the proposed second phase of the economic blockade called over the district headquarters issue from 1 to 20 October.
Terming the blockade illegal, Deputy Commissioner Rajeev Takuk has warned of strict action against those who disturb the peace or violate laws. He appealed to the public to maintain peace and order in the area. (DIPRO)
