NAMSAI, Oct 1: Around 40 members of the Brahmakumari centre there completed their 18-day cleanliness drive around Namsai town with the final clean-up held at the CRPF camp and its surrounding areas on Monday.
The National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) branch office also conducted a school rally in the town to generate awareness about sanitation.
The rally saw the participation of around 250 students and staffers of the government middle school-II here, along with NHIDCL employees.
A cleanliness drive was also carried out at the APIL ground, and the NHIDCL also donated sanitary items including dustbins to the school.
