ITANAGAR, Oct 5: The All Arunachal Pradesh Contingency Multi Tasking Welfare Association in a representation to the chief minister on Friday sought exclusion of the multitasking staffs (MTS) from the provisions of the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (SSB), saying such a move would deprive most senior multitasking staffs working in different departments.
“Most of the senior casual multitasking staffs, ie, casual labour, trade labour, mali, sweeper, peons, are illiterate and could not qualify for the examination. They will be deprived from being appointed to w/c regular,” the association stated in its representation.
