Sarkar Aapke Dwar camps held

DUDUKGKHAR, Nov 9: Villagers of Buri, Blet-teng, Dongmareng, Tsang-khar, Lou-dung, Namtsering, Dudungkhar, Mahling, Guntse and adjoining hamlets benefitted from the Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp organised here by the Tawang district administration on Friday.
Lungla MLA Jambey Tashi and DC Sang Phuntso inaugurated the camp. The MLA informed the villagers about the benefits of SAD camps, and also highlighted the scope of cultivating horticulture crops in Dudungkhar circle.
The MLA appealed to the villagers not to divide themselves in the name of party politics, and asked them to work in unison for the betterment of the society.
The MLA and the DC also visited the departments’ stalls and interacted with the officials manning them.
In West Siang district, all the line departments provided services to the people during the SAD camp held at Darak on Friday.
Darak CO T Mugli apprised the people of the significance of the long-drawn programme to reach out to the people through such camps. (DIPROs)
