TAWANG, Nov 15: The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and the Tawang district administration signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) here on Thursday for providing Rs 60,48,000 for purchasing equipment for general, obstetrical and gynaecological surgery at the district hospital here.
Fifty percent of the amount will be paid after the execution of the MoU, and the remaining payment will be made after obtaining the installation report from the deputy commissioner and inspection by an IOC committee.
OIC General Manager (Fin) Kallal Mittal, Deputy General Manager (HR-CSR) Diganta Thakuria, DMO Dr Wangdi Lama and Medical Superintendent Dr N Namshum were also present at the signing. (DIPRO)
