YUPIA, Nov 15: Royal Flush band and drum prodigy Toko Teji enthralled the audience during a rock show organised at the Akashdeep market complex here on 13 November to generate awareness on tobacco and its effects on the society.
Health Services Director Dr Moromor Lego while opening the event advised the younger generation to create awareness on tobacco control among their peers and society as a whole.
Lego said creating awareness would be helpful in reducing the ill effects of tobacco on the future generations.
Capital Complex SP M Harsha Vardhan also spoke.
The programme was organised jointly by the state tobacco control cell in collaboration with the Papum Pare district tobacco control cell and the Arunachal Voluntary Health Organisation. (DIPRO)
