ITANAGAR, Dec 4: The 12th battalion of National disaster rescue force (NDRF) team led by Inspector Manish Kr. Chaudhury, presented a mock drill in presence of huge gathering of officers and officials in the premises of DC office Tawang. District disaster management officer DDMO Tsangpa Tashi informed that the NDRF team presented the mock drills in interior Thingbu circle Hqrtrs during 15th Sarkar aap ke dwar, at Seru and Kitpi secondary school.
DC Tawang Sang Phuntsok appreciated the NDRF team for their efforts and asked the gathering to learn the necessary information from the mock drill.
The NDRF team in their mock drill showed how to rescue a victim from a collapsed house due to earthquake and rescue from a high building in case of fire or other emergency.
