NAHARLAGUN, Dec 18: Twenty-two junior and mid-level government officers of the capital complex are participating in a three-day training programme on establishment rules which got underway at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI) here on Tuesday.
Addressing the participants, ATI Director Pate Marik highlighted the role of junior and mid-level officers as a bridge between subordinates and seniors.
“They play a vital role in taking vibrant and fair decisions by the decision-making authorities,” Marik said, and advised the mid-level officers to motivate their subordinate officers at every stage of governance.
Marik also advised the officers to inculcate the habit of maintaining discipline, punctuality and dedication “to bring back the lost glory of work culture.”
ATI Assistant Director Nani Khambo also spoke.
