SANGWAL KHAMLANG, Jan 8: The Changlang district administration conducted a Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp at remote Sangwal Khamlang village on Monday, during which government departments and banking institutions provided services to the people of three villages.
Jairampur ADC SS Choudhury inaugurated the camp and distributed free LPG connections to 11 women under the Ujjwala Yojana, and three LED TVs to the GBs under the CM’s Rural Information Programme.
In Tirap district, PHE&WS Minister Wangki Lowang inaugurated the SAD camp at Nutun Kheti village on Monday, in the presence of DC PN Thungon and others.
People from Nutun Kheti, Lamlo and Wasathong villages benefitted from the camp.
The minister distributed free LPG connections under the Ujjwala Yojana, besides rice grinders, LED bulbs, soil health cards, etc, to the beneficiaries from the three villages. (DIPROs)
