ITANAGAR, Jan 22: The Arunachal Unemployed Civil Engineer’s Coordination (AUCEC) on Tuesday demanded immediate declaration of the results of the written examination for assistant engineer (civil) posts which had been held in June last year.
In a letter to the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) secretary, the AUCEC said since OMR sheets had been issued for the examination, the results should have been declared the “next day,” and that the delay of over seven months is “unexpected.”
The organisation said the delay in declaring the results is causing “immense pressure on all aspirants.”
It also requested the APPSC to not delay the results of the upcoming written examinations for extension officer posts (to be held on 27 January) and economic investigator posts (to be held on 9 and 10 February) as has been done with the AE (civil) and the joint block development officer examinations.
