RONO HILLS, Mar 15: A two-day national seminar on ‘India/Northeast India: Issues, Dynamics and Emerging Realities,’ will start on 18 March at the Arunachal Institute of Tribal Studies (AITS) conference hall, Rajiv Gandhi University.
Presenters from all parts of the country will take part in the deliberations of the seminar which is being organised by the Rajiv Gandhi University Research Scholars’ Forum (RGURSF) in collaboration with AITS.
A total of four sessions covering topics such as BEFR, Act 1873, Act East Policy, issues of citizenship and minority rights in India, tribes and indigenous people, red-tapism in Arunachal Pradesh, LGBT and their rights, indigenous knowledge system and reservation system; problems and prospective will be held during the two days seminar, informed RGURSF Chairman Margum Ado in a release here on Friday.
