TEZU, Mar 16: Prince Dhawan took over the charge of Lohit district Deputy Commissioner cum District Electoral Officer on Friday.
After assuming his office, Dhawan interacted with the administrative officers and the officials of his office and sought their support for smooth conduct of the election process. He also asked all the officers and officials of DC office to be punctual and discipline towards their assigned works.
DEO also held separate meetings with the sector officers and zonal officers and briefed them about their duties and responsibilities.
While briefing the officers of Static Surveillance Team / FST / VST separately, the DEO asked the concerned officers to play active role for preventing any kind of MCC violation in the interest of free and fair election in the district. DIPRO
