RAYANG, Mar 19: Unying-Aran festival was celebrated with traditional gaiety at Rayang village in East Siang district from 17 to 18 March.
The two-day celebration witnessed presentation of folk and cultural performances by artistes from all the states of the Northeast region.
A plantation drive was also organized by the villagers as part of the celebration.
