KOLORIANG, Apr 12: Kurung Kumey DC Santosh Kumar Rai on Friday promulgated Section 144 CrPC within Koloriang township for 48 hours, prohibiting assembly of more than five persons, carrying of firearms and lethal weapons like dao, etc, without permission.
The restriction has been imposed in apprehension of law and order problem “during chopper landing at the helipad here,” the order read, without giving any further information.
