Itanagar Edufair gets underway

ITANAGAR, May 6: Several reputed universities offering varied courses are participating in the two-day 11th edition of Itanagar Edufair, which got underway at the Hotel Arun Subansiri here on Monday.
Organised by Impact Media, the fair offers an opportunity to students, parents and guardians to interact with representatives of leading institutes of the country, offering courses such as BTech, BArch, petroleum engineering, MBBS, BDS, BPharma, BSc in nursing, agriculture, optometry, hospitality management, and fashion designing.
On the first day, students and guardians met different educationalists and received guidance related to courses, institutes and careers.
“I was confused about my career and future job opportunities, but after attending the fair I have gained a lot of information about emerging careers, and also about different institutes,” said Tadar Sangte.
One of the guardians, Manoranjan Das, said, “As guardians and parents we are always confused about the future of our sons and daughters. I am very much thankful to Impact Media for organising this important event at the right time.”
He urged other parents and guardians to visit the fair, collect information, and have their career-related doubts cleared.
