TAWANG, June 12: “NCC cadets from Arunachal Pradesh are doing very well, and we need to encourage more of our youths to join the NCC,” said Group Commander NCC headquarters Tezpur Group B, Brigadier K Sreenivasa Rao during his visit to the temporary office of the 2nd battalion NCC Arunachal Pradesh, here on Tuesday.
Addressing the gathering, Rao suggested organizing camps as well as institutional trainings every Saturday and Sunday at the office, and sought the help and cooperation of the principal and headmasters of the schools and colleges in this regard.
Earlier, Rao inspected the entire office building of the 2nd Bn NCC Tawang, along with Commanding Officer Colonel, R Shekhawat.
