ITANAGAR, Jul 30: Stating that the extra assistant commissioner (EAC) of Mengio circle in Papum Pare district has been transferred without any reliever to take his place, the All Mengio Students’ Union in a memorandum to the chief secretary on Tuesday urged him to direct the authority concerned to not release the EAC until a reliever is posted in his stead.
