AALO, Oct 21: The geography department of the SFS College (SFSC) here in West Siang district organised a national seminar on ‘Environment sustainability: Issues and challenges’, in collaboration with Guwahati (Assam)-based FAsCE, on 19 October.
Among others, SFSC principal Fr Vipin George and Rajiv Gandhi University’s geography associate professor, Dr Sailajananda Saikia, addressed the seminar, and several papers were presented by the participants.
Dibrugarh University’s geography assistant professor, Dr Biman Lahkar, chaired the technical session. Certificates and mementoes were later presented to the participants who presented papers. (DIPRO)
