YINGKIONG, Dec 6: The Upper Siang district-level interim committee (DLIC) on Friday approved all the proposals of the gram panchayats (GP) of the district, following a meeting of the district planning committee here to discuss the 2020-21 GP development plan.
During the meeting, which was chaired by DC Tamik Talom, the DLIC was directed to recommend altering the nomenclature of the 7 Likor-Singa ZPM seat to 7 Likor-Ngaming, on the ground that all GPs of Singa circle were included in the 8 Payindem ZPM seat in 2014. (DIPRO)
