Teachers’ Assn. submits memo to CS, reiterates demands

ITANAGAR, Dec 18: The Arunachal Teachers, Association (ATA) has in a memorandum to the Secretary Education, GoAP on Monday last, reiterated its earlier demands of either implementing the FR 56 in true spirit thereby increasing the retirement age of teachers from 60 to 62 years or enhancing the earn leave credit from existing 10 days to 30 days in uniformity with other state govt. employees.
‘Despite our several representations, the state govt. is yet to respond,’ the teacher’s association claimed.
