YINGKIONG, Jan 23: Various cases of flood damages, fire incidents and crop damages caused by natural calamities in Upper Siang district were examined and recommended to the higher authorities by the district executive committee (DEC) during its meeting held in the conference hall of the deputy commissioner (DC) here on Thursday.
Earlier in the morning, a coordination meeting among the police department, district legal services authority, district child protection unit and Upper Siang unit of Women Welfare Society was also held for effective implementation of One Stop Center, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme and Mahila Shakti Kendra in the district.
