AALO, Feb 1: The event managers of the Yomgo River Festival (YRF)-2020 and members of the public met at the West Siang deputy commissioner’s office here on Saturday to take stock of the preparations for the YRF.
While DFO Abhinav Kumar enumerated the issues that require public attention, the event manager of Wild Flower Production, Karry Padu, spoke about the signing of the ‘Yomgo accord’, and presented a brief on the activities that will be carried out during the festival.
Representing King Orchids, Bhanu Sora Bagra dwelt on the promotional and PR activities in various media groups to promote the flow of tourists to the district.
SP Jummar Bam, former minister Doi Ado and former ZPC Yaman Bagra appealed to the villagers of Kabu to provide logistic support and cooperation during the festival. (DIPRO)
