AGRA, Feb 26: A 28-member cultural team of the state participated in the department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh-organised ‘Tajmahotsav 2020’ at Agra, which started on 18 February.
The festival is an annual extravaganza that reveals the rich cultural heritage of the country and displays the finest of Indian craftsmanship.
The state team, comprising of Ngull Chulyu group from Chulyu village of Lower Subansiri and ‘Karpum Karduk’ a centre for performing arts, East Siang, headed by artist Delong Padung presented folk songs and dance.
Also, members from Chulyu village, Yazali, AMG accessories and local entrepreneur Opet Jamoh had set up stalls showcasing Arunachal’s handicrafts, handlooms, and organic horticultural produces.
