AALO, Apr 3: As part of the West Siang district administration’s efforts to combat Covid-19, a team comprising a doctor and paramedics conducted an awareness programme at the PHC in Nikte, covering villages like Nikte, Igo Kato, Igo Yami, Hu-Rik, Hu Moli, and others.
The PHC was also sanitized under the guidance of MO, Dr Durick Ete.
Another team, led by District Surveillance Officer, Dr Jombom Kato, visited the masjid here to trace any returnee from affected regions.
Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan has meanwhile reiterated her appeal to the people of the district to comply with the lockdown order and not discriminate against those who are in home quarantine. (DIPRO)
