Int’l online quiz competition held

TEZU, Jul 6: The career guidance and counselling cell of Indira Gandhi Government College (IGGC) here in Lohit district organized an online international quiz competition from 19 June to 5 July to mark the 25th PN Paniker National Reading/Digital Reading Month.
As many as 1,539 scholars, students, faculty members and corporate members from various national and international institutions participated and attempted to answer several multiple-choice questions during the competition.
On the inaugural day, IGGC Principal, Dr Kangki Megu encouraged the participants, and expressed hope that the quiz would “make sizeable contributions to digital knowledge society during the period of Covid-19 pandemic.”
IGGC Education Department Assistant Professor, Dr Sukanta Kumar Pradhan coordinated the programme, which was convened by Education Department Professor, Dr Tage Yama.
