NAHARLAGUN, 2 Feb: An induction programme for the 3rd batch of MBBS students comprising of 50 students (30 girls and 20 boys) was conducted at the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) here on Tuesday.
TRIHMS authorities informed that this year students from different parts of the country like, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and West Bengal have applied for seats in the institute.
On the occasion, TRIHMS director Dr. Moji Jini, Dean and principal Dr. S Bhattacharya, CMS Dr. Hage Ambing, DMS Dr. Tawsik and senior faculties offered their experiences and advises to the new batch.
The director in his address highlighted the history behind the birth of the first and only medical college of Arunachal Pradesh and urged them to inculcate knowledge, ethics, wisdom and service in order to become a good doctor and a better human being.
