KHONSA, 15 Mar: Tirap DC Taro Mize on Monday inspected the augmentation of drinking water supply under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) at Lamsa and Kolagaon (Old Changnyak) villages.
The DC asked PHE&WS EE Bamang Tasung to ensure timely completion of all the projects under the JJM in the district.
Mize informed that all the projects in the state are being monitored by the chief secretary himself.
The DC also inspected the under-construction PMGSY road in Kolagaon and asked the RWD EE to properly monitor and supervise the work to ensure quality. He said quality of the blacktopping in some portions of the road was found to be substandard. (DIPRO)
