KHONSA, 2 Jun: An insurgent belonging to NSCN-K surrendered before the district administration here in Tirap district on Wednesday.
The surrendered militant, self-styled private Kimong Hassen of Lazu village in Tirap district had joined the outfit in 1999.
He surrendered with a condition to lead a normal life in his village. (DIPRO)
