NAMSAI, 17 Jun: The 12 A team of the National Disaster Response Force [NDRF], under the force’s ‘Mission one lakh plantation’ programme, planted 100 fruit-bearing and medicinal trees and various other plant species in the premises of the government higher secondary school in Mahadevpur in Namsai district on Thursday.
The plantation drive was carried out under the aegis of the MHA’s Akhil Bhartiya Virskha Ropan Abhiyan, informed team commander Inspector Saurabh Singh.
