KHONSA, 29 Oct: United Kothin FC entered the semifinals of the second Along Aboh Memorial Football Tournament, beating Borduria Youth Association 4-0 in the first quarterfinal played at Nehru Stadium here in Tirap district on Friday.
Fozo Sporting Club will take on Khela Bros FC in the second quarterfinal on 30 October.
On Thursday, Field Colony FC defeated Dadam FC 6-5 in a penalty shootout. Earlier, both sides played out a 1-1 draw in the regulation time.
In another match on the day, Doidam FC had beaten Ching’s 90 FC 3-2.
Both Doidam FC and Field Colony FC entered into the quarterfinals.
The semifinals will be played on 3 November and the final on 6 November.
