PALIN, 10 Feb: The progress of various state and central schemes were reviewed during a district level monitoring committee meeting chaired by Kra Daadi Deputy Commissioner Higio Tala here on Thursday.
The DC stressed the need for putting an effective mechanism in place to ensure that government schemes reach all eligible beneficiaries. He asked the officers to perform their duties with sincerity.
“We are paid to serve them (the people). So we must always prioritize their welfare,” he said.
All departmental heads presented reports on the achievements and progress of their departments. ZPC Charu Menia, ZPMs, and leaders of CBOs also attended the meeting. (DIPRO)
