SFS College in West Siang HQ Aalo felicitated one of its NSS volunteers, Kiyum Loya, who had been selected to represent Arunachal Pradesh at the Republic Day parade in New Delhi. Loya is one of the two NSS volunteers who represented the state at the parade.
