ITANAGAR, 31 May: Governor BD Mishra emphasised on creating more awareness about various schemes and programmes, so that the targeted population avails maximum benefit from them.
He said this during a meeting with union Law & Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju at the Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.
Mishra suggested “extensive conduct of the awareness programme, so that it reaches every hamlet, street, vista and village across the country.”
He also reiterated the need to set up an independent high court in the state, and requested the union minister to expedite the process. (Raj Bhavan)
