CHANGLANG, 7 Sep: A wild elephant killed a man named Tantu Ngotan (45), of Kongsa village in Namtok circle of Changlang district, on Tuesday, at around 10 pm, when the man was returning home from a friend’s place.
The body of the deceased has been taken to the district hospital for postmortem. (DIPRO)
