BOMDILA, 4 Nov: As many as 350 students of Modern School, the town middle school and the government higher secondary school here in West Kameng district attended a lecture by renowned motivational speaker EV Gireesh, during a programme organised by the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya here on Friday.
Advising the students to “keep themselves away from mental stress,” Gireesh urged them to “contemplate with imagination instead of just memorising notes for examinations.”
“Fear is nothing, as the commonly abbreviated FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real,” he said.
The speaker dwelt on various ways of memorising and preparing for exams, and on how one can cultivate positive thoughts.
Along with students and teachers, SSB personnel and members of the public attended the programme.
