KHONSA, 20 Apr: Implementation of centrally-sponsored and state government schemes was reviewed during a district level monitoring committee (DLMC) meeting held at the DC office here in Tirap district on Thursday.
ADC Hakresha Kri, who chaired the meeting, called for coordination among various departments for proper implementation of developmental projects. He also requested the people’s representatives and panchayat leaders to resolve local issues, if any, in their respective jurisdiction, in consultation with the administrative officer concerned, and to monitor the progress of projects.
Tirap ZPC C Lowang asked the executing agencies to “share their difficulties in project implementation with appropriate authorities to avoid delay in completion of projects.”
She also requested convening a separate meeting with bankers to resolve issues related to the ANBY and the ANKY.
The progress of the projects under various departments was reviewed during the meeting. (DIPRO)
