LUNGLA, 14 Oct: SSB Inspector General (IG) Binod Nayak, from the frontier headquarters in Tezpur (Assam), undertook a comprehensive inspection of the force’s 67th battalion here in West Kameng district from 11-13 October.
The visit was marked by a series of significant interactions and assessments aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and morale of the battalion.
The IG also visited the company headquarters in Bleteng and presided over a sainik sammelan.
Nayak visited the new gonpa in Bleteng and offered prayers, and then proceeded to the border outpost in Marme, where he inspected the ongoing construction work for new infrastructure to ensure operational readiness. (DIPRO)
