Youth leader’s death mourned

ZIRO, 17 Nov: The untimely demise of promising youth leader Kuru Khoda was mourned by his relatives and well-wishers from across the state.

Pangin-Boleng MLA Ojing Tasing, along with Diini Tanii Tullu Club, Ziro (DTTCZ) member Nani Opo, state BJP secretary Taring Tiri, Nacho mandal president Taring Rai, and members of the DTTCZ mourned the death of Khoda and took part in his last rites performed at his native village Reru here in Lower Subansiri district on Friday.

Late Khoda was the chief auditor of the DTTCZ.

Born to late Kuru Tana, of Reru village, in 1972, Khoda breathed his last on 15 November after a brief illness.

Offering condolences on behalf of the DTTCZ, Opo described late Khoda as “a silent and humble person was a promising youth leader.”

“In the death of Khoda, we have lost a dear friend, brother and a nice human being. May the almighty embrace him and give eternal peace to his departed soul,” said Opo at the funeral. (DIPRO)
